  • What examiners are looking for in developing an excellent answer on 1H Russia
  • Student Activity: improving essay skills, and especially the focus on change and continuity over time on Russia themes
  • How examiners mark and rank essay answers. The importance of an effective introduction
  • What examiners really want to see in balanced responses. The key tips.

 4.55 - 5.25pm: Interpretations Questions
  • Best practice in the evaluation of opinion. What arguments have been covered in previous exam cycles on 1H?
  • How to move argument away from notions of reliability and accuracy alone
