ABOUT THIS COURSE
This course, brand-new for 2025, explores the drivers behind poor behaviour in the Languages classroom which can lead to student disengagement and underperformance. The course is aimed at teachers who are seeking to re-engage their students who lack motivation and those educators looking to raise the profile of Languages amongst their students. Addressing the issues with negative attitudes towards Language learning, this course deals with the cycle of poor uptake and the perennial problem of underperforming, disaffected students. This course is designed to improve the teaching of students displaying challenging behaviour and a lack of enthusiasm to ensure that they are given the platform to participate positively and achieve well.

- How do we expect students to learn vocabulary and are we willing to modify our approach?

- Enabling good behaviour by implementing effective organisation strategies
