Shaheen Myers has over 22 years of experience in inner-city schools, with headship and executive leadership roles in a large Multi Academy Trust and as Deputy Director for Education in a local authority. She has trained as an Ofsted Inspector, served on boards of multiple trusts, and facilitated NPQ programmes. Her strategic work involves collaborating with MATs, CEOs, the Department for Education, and Ofsted on shared educational outcomes. Now the founder of Balance:ed, she focuses on supporting senior leaders and staff well-being through training, supervision, and consultancy to address the education sector’s recruitment and retention crisis. A dynamic public speaker, she is known for her engaging and inspiring style.
